Future Classic

Privacy notice

Who operates this service

Future Classic is operated by an individual in South Korea. Operator name and privacy contact: to be completed before publication.

Account and community information

Google sign-in requests an account identifier and email. We privately store the email and its verification status when provided. We do not request or store a provider name or photo. The provider identifier, not email, identifies the login account. You choose your public nickname and may select a registered vehicle cover or upload your own profile photo. We also process the profile, vehicle details, posts, replies and photos you choose to provide, with account/session/security records needed to operate the service. Published information may be visible to other users according to visibility settings.

Optional contact email and contributor rewards

A sign-in provider may supply an email and its verification status for account communication. This is kept private and is not an advertising permission. We plan optional contributor recognition and reward invitations; the participation and contact process will be explained when introduced. Account-related communication is distinct from promotional messages or personalised advertising. Receiving a sign-in email does not itself authorise newsletters, advertising audiences or disclosure to sponsors. No reward-email sending or primary contact selection feature is currently enabled.

Sponsor-supported rewards

The planned approach is for the operator to contact selected contributors and deliver sponsor-supported benefits without automatically sharing member information with sponsors. For a particular reward, delivery or payment information will be requested only if needed after the member chooses to participate. If a sponsor needs to receive personal information, the specific recipient, information, purpose and retention will be explained and any required separate choice obtained. A cookie choice is not consent to join a reward programme.

Cookies and visitor analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in and security. They are separate from optional visitor analytics. With your permission, Google Analytics receives usage and device/network information to measure visits and page views. Explicit page-view parameters omit search queries, fragments, raw referrers and personal page titles; detail URLs are generalised. We do not send an account user ID to Analytics. This does not mean Analytics is anonymous or collects no personal data.

Your choices

You can use the service without accepting analytics. Cookie settings in the footer let you change your choice. The choice, notice version and decision time are stored in this browser for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further collection through this integration and removes its analytics cookies; it does not delete information already sent to Google. These browser choices are not an account-wide consent record.

Personalised advertising and retargeting

Personalised advertising and retargeting are planned, but not currently enabled. We have not enabled advertising cookies, advertising user-data consent, advertising personalisation or Google Signals through this integration. Accepting analytics does not authorise future advertising or the use of account information to create advertising audiences. Before introduction, we will identify providers, purposes and information involved, update this notice and obtain the relevant choices.

Service providers and international processing

The service uses Google for sign-in and optional analytics, Cloudflare for hosting and media, and Neon for its database. Actual contracting entities, processing locations, international-transfer details, subprocessors and retention settings must be verified and added before this draft is published. This draft does not establish a legal basis for an international transfer.

Retention and account deletion

Active sign-in sessions expire after up to 30 days; incomplete-registration sessions expire after 30 minutes. Account deletion currently has a 30-day recovery period. After it expires, scheduled cleanup removes account and profile records and disconnects retained posts, replies and post media from the original account. Published contributions can remain with an anonymous author. Identifying information inside your own content may remain, so review it before requesting deletion. Additional retention and backup schedules, and any applicable legal exceptions, must be finalised before publication.

Access, correction, deletion and complaints

Profile editing and account deletion are available in account settings. For other access, correction, deletion, objection or consent requests, the operator must provide a privacy contact before publication. Depending on applicable law, you may also complain to a competent privacy authority. We do not claim that a cookie banner alone satisfies every country’s requirements.
