Old photographs from the day it was sold

fabricar el 965 shared these photographs as pictures from the day he sold the car. He describes it as a 1994 factory Speedster that was converted to a lightweight turbo configuration in 1999. That is the poster’s history of the car, rather than evidence of a factory-built Turbo Speedster. He also reflects on changes that hurt its resale value while noting that he enjoys working on these cars.

White body, black soft top

The front three-quarter view shows the white body, black soft top and polished multi-spoke wheels with the engine cover raised. The rear view places the same car beside a transporter ramp, with its large rear wing and paired exhaust outlets visible. The body, top, mirrors and wheels match across the photographs.

The later build context

When Metal Guru asked about the windshield and top, fabricar el 965 referred to LA Dismantler in the late 1990s and said that he later finished the build. This follow-up is retained as the poster’s explanation of the project. The reference to a 3.6 Turbo track car does not establish an engine specification for the white car.
